Reviews and Ratings <br />
My stay at the hotel had both ups and downs. The location is stunning, with views of the water and mountains, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. However, the service was lacking, and the dining experience was quite expensive with long wait times. Overall, it had potential, but there are definitely areas needing improvement.
We enjoyed our stay in the Chefs Suite, which was themed beautifully around cuisine, and it felt very comfortable, especially with the wood-burning fireplace and impressive bathroom facilities. However, we noticed that some areas of the hotel, particularly others we looked at, seemed dated and in need of a refresh. Overall, the stunning views and clean accommodations make it worth considering a return visit, despite some issues.
My stay at Sooke Harbour House was filled with both highs and lows. The views were truly breathtaking, but the room and dining experience left much to be desired. While the staff was pleasant, they seemed lacking in training, particularly in the dining area. Overall, I found the price quite steep for what was offered, making it hard to recommend, especially without significant improvements.
I had a mix of experiences during my stay. The rooms sported beautiful views and cozy amenities, but they were in dire need of upgrades and cleanliness. The service was generally helpful, but the dining experience was inconsistent, often overshadowed by intriguing local flavors. While the location was great for relaxing, the overall experience left room for improvement.
I had a lovely experience dining at Sooke Harbor House, with personable service and delicious food. The location boasts stunning ocean views, but the fine dining service could use improvement as my previous reservation requests were not met. Overall, the ambiance and room comfort were highlights, but I left feeling that some aspects needed attention, especially in service consistency in the restaurant.
